About the role This role assists the Senior Treasury Analyst, Manager Treasury and the Treasurer to ensure the effective running of the Treasury Department.The role will ensure short-term continuity through training and long-term continuity through development into a senior treasury position over the coming years. Responsibilities include: Cashflow ManagementSupport Manager Treasury and Treasurer with daily cashflow management processes, and ad hoc projects HQLA investment portfolio managementSupport Manager Treasury and Treasurer with processes related to the liquid asset portfolioAcquisition and sale of liquid assets in line with treasury strategy and liquidity management and large exposures policies LiquidityAssessing liquidity position of the bank through assessment of wholesale funding, liquidity portfolio and derivatives. Securitisation and Wholesale FundingComplete daily analysis of cashflow movements for each securitisation trustSupport and execute processes to generate monthly securitisation reportingSourcing and maintaining relevant wholesale funding portfolio in line with treasury strategy and liquidity management and market risk policiesManage ad-hoc projects in relation to securitisation data ReportingProduce monthly, weekly, and daily reports as required by the Manager Treasury and Treasurer.Manager ad-hoc projects in relation to reporting Business Analysis, Systems and ProcessesAssist Business with Fixed Rate Break cost calculationsSupport the enhancement of Treasury systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Ratings AgenciesAssist Manager, Treasury and Treasurer to compile material for ratings agency and securitisation warehouse due diligence presentations While ideally, our successful candidate would be based in Brisbane, we are open to applicants based in the location of either of our three corporate office locations: Perth, Brisbane or Coffs Harbour. This is a Permanent, Full-time position, with eligibility for hybrid and flexible working arrangements. What will you bring?
