About the Role
As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) resource you will be required to work Full Time in our Adelaide, Kent Town Office, during the operating hours of Mon-Fri (8:30am-5pm). You will need to provide consistent superior client service and provide high quality support and assistance to Financial Advisers and be a part of the support team to deliver client outcomes for PSK Private Wealth.

Your work day will compose of the following tasks & responsibilities, such as;

Being the first point of contact with client queries by telephone, face to face and email.
Ensuring the maintenance and compliance of client files in the XPLAN database.
Managing administrative functions by prioritising the daily workload and adhering to business workflow protocols. Including the accurate preparation of review, implementation and annual agreement documentation.
Implementing and managing ongoing Pension, Super, Investment and Insurance tasks to fulfilment.
Attending and actively participating in team meetings and training opportunities.
Working effectively within your team pod to meet the needs of clients and peers.

About You

Degree or studies in financial planning discipline desirable but not essential.
Intermediate understanding and knowledge of the financial services industry highly desirable.
Previous experience in a similar role in the financial services sector.
Experience using XPLAN and MS Office software preferred.
