Business Architect

• Full Time / 9-Day Fortnight / 36.00 hours per week
• Salary $121,839 - $137,304 per annum, plus Superannuation

 About the role 

The Business Architect works at a strategic level to drive business value through value stream, capability and operational modelling. The Business Architect collaborates with stakeholders to create and maintain models and frameworks that provide a clear understanding of the enterprise’s current and future state, supporting effective decisioning, change management and business transformation initiatives.

Please note this is not a technology-based architecture role and reports to the Specialist Business Architect.

We’re looking for people who have: 

• Experience as a Business Architect (3-5 years) or equivalent role, responsible for value driven operating model design, capability and value mapping and strategic alignment oversight
• Defined and developed value added chain models and value maps to support service and operating design
• Experience in creating and maintaining business capability models, assessments and mapping
• Create roadmaps to guide business capability transformation efforts
• Articulate experience collaborating with stakeholders to design target states and create clear options and trade-off analysis for decisioning
• Practical understanding of architecture frameworks such as BIZBOK and TOGAF and Architecture modelling tools.
• Current drivers licence Class C unrestricted
