Key Account Manager

Role PurposeThe Key Account Manager (KAM) – Australia will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Amazon account in Australia, ensuring operational excellence while identifying and unlocking new revenue and service opportunities. This role requires a strong balance of commercial leadership, governance discipline, and effective cross-functional coordination to support business growth and maintain high service standards. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary country-level point of contact (POC) for Amazon Australia.Drive service and network expansion initiatives to support business growth.Lead commercial management and contractual governance for the account.Monitor and manage performance KPIs, operational audits, and escalation handling.Collaborate closely with operations, finance, product, and regional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Ensure compliance with Fair Work, Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or Key Account Management.Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce environments.Fluent in English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience working with Amazon or managing Amazon as a strategic key account is highly advantageous.
