 About the position

• Permanent Full-time position (working across Tuesday to Saturday)

• Lead the full operation and continued growth of our dynamic Applecross flagship store

• Leading our volunteer team to deliver a memorable shopping experience for our customers

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Recruit, train and support a dedicated team of Volunteers
   

What you need

• Minimum 2 years Retail Management experience with a strong focus on inventory and store presentation

• A real passion for delivering incredible customer service

• Demonstrated understanding of stock control management

• Proven retail fashion sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations; a strong can-do and hands-on approach to work.

• An ability to foster a positive team spirit and lead by example; inspiring action and passion for our greater Vinnies Mission.
