Reception DutiesEnsuring UIH has a dedicated phone line and contact for incoming leads Social Media & LinkedInMaintain an active LinkedIn company profile and regularly post on our wins and success with carefully planned messaging and images in line with HQ approved messaging.SO Payments, Suppliers, Sponsorship and InvoicesHandle all day to day payments including inbound and outbound. Keep up to date records (in conjunction with Joong Yeah from Finance) on our current budget and expenditureEnter new supplier information and make prompt payments.Identify and liaise with Sales team and GM on sponsorship activities for the industry. Conferences Identify key conferences and liaise with Sales team/GM to engage early to secure prime positioning and top billing when required. Organise booth allocation and liaise with sales/Modality leads to get the right booth setup (including graphics), messaging and collaterals. TendersMaintain a vigil on upcoming public tenders (by regularly accessing the public health portals – weekly/fortnightly) and help in identifying and breaking down responsibilities within public tenders to the right personnel and teams.LogisticsAssist PM and OP team in co-ordinating with HQ on shipping and delivery of systems, parts and local inventory. Service Invoicing.Keep track and liaise with HQ on service invoicing and accounts receivable following the end of supplied warranty terms to ensure service revenue is recognised. HQ & Show site Customer visits.Liaise and co-ordinate with customer to arrange transportation, meals, hotels, dietary requirements and all logistics surrounding customer interactions,
