RB Diamond Jewellers is a leading jewellery retailer specialising in diamond jewellery, engagement rings, custom-made pieces, luxury watches, and fine jewellery collections. Established in Kathmandu, Nepal in 1997 and operating in Australia since 2013, the business has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, bespoke designs, and exceptional customer service.

Due to continued growth and expansion of our digital presence, we are seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team.

Task & responsibilities

• Develop, create and publish engaging marketing content including photography, videography, written copy and promotional materials for digital and social media platforms.

• Plan, schedule and manage the release of content across social media channels, websites and other digital marketing platforms.

• Produce high-quality visual content showcasing jewellery collections, custom-made pieces, luxury watches and customer experiences.

• Develop content strategies designed to increase audience engagement, brand awareness and sales performance.

• Create and maintain content calendars to support marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions and special events.

• Analyse digital marketing and social media performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

• Monitor digital trends and identify opportunities to improve content performance and online presence.

• Collaborate with management and sales teams to identify marketing opportunities and develop content aligned with business objectives.

• Optimise digital content to improve online reach, customer engagement and brand visibility.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications, advertising materials and digital platforms.

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Public Relations or a related field preferred.

• Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media marketing or a similar role.

• Demonstrated experience creating and publishing engaging content across digital and social media platforms.

• Strong photography, videography, copywriting and content editing skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.

• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
