Multimedia Designer

Reporting to the Business Owner/Manager, the Multimedia Designer will manage the full design lifecycle from initial client consultation and research through to concept development, production, and archiving across graphic design, video production, photography editing, social media content, website management, and digital advertising.

Task & responsibilities

• Design and develop creative visual content for digital, social media, website, email marketing, and print campaigns
• Create multimedia assets including graphics, animations, videos, presentations, and promotional materials
• Produce and edit video content showcasing holiday accommodation properties and guest experiences
• Develop engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to create campaigns that support property bookings and owner acquisition initiatives
• Design brochures, property guides, signage, advertisements, and other marketing collateral
• Prepare artwork and digital assets for publication across various online and offline channels
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing materials
• Manage photography and videography requirements, including briefing external contractors where required
• Stay up to date with design trends, multimedia technologies, and emerging digital content formats
• Assist with website visual enhancements and user experience improvements
• Review and update existing marketing assets to ensure relevance, quality, and brand alignment

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design (Multimedia or Communication Design) or a related field such as design, media, or digital communications, or higher equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar role
• Demonstrated experience creating digital and print marketing materials
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and content production
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing requirements
• Knowledge of website content design and user experience principles
• Excellent visual communication, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills
