This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in the day-to-day management of our office. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative functions, supporting senior management, improving office systems, and ensuring business operations run smoothly.

Working closely with directors, project managers, and external stakeholders, you will contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.

Task & responsibilities

Planning, organising, directing and coordinating daily office operations and administrative systems. 

Developing and implementing office policies, procedures and workflows to improve efficiency. 

Coordinating administrative support services for management and project teams. 

Managing office budgets, procurement, supplies and vendor relationships. 

Maintaining company records, contracts, project documentation and compliance registers. 

Coordinating meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and business correspondence. 

Supervising administrative staff and allocating workloads to ensure operational effectiveness. 

Assisting management with reporting, budgeting, project administration and business planning activities. 

Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and government agencies regarding operational matters. 

Monitoring workplace health and safety, quality assurance and compliance requirements relating to office operations. 

Supporting payroll, accounts payable/receivable and human resources administration functions. 

Identifying and implementing improvements to administrative processes and business systems.


Qualification & experience

Relevant qualification in Business, Management, Administration or 

At least 1–2 years of relevant office management or administrative management experience.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure or related industries will be highly regarded.
