Bookkeeper / Accounts AdministratAvocado Lounge | On-site

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrator to join our team. This is an on-site role suited to someone experienced with Xero and comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero
  • Processing payroll and batch payments
  • Reconciling multiple Xero accounts
  • Reviewing and checking supplier invoices for accuracy
  • Managing accounts email inbox (approx. 5 emails/day)
  • General administrative and office support duties

About You

  • Proven experience using Xero (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Organised, efficient, and proactive
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
