Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organise documents in Google Docs and Excel

• Utilise Outlook for scheduling and communications

• Answer phone inquiries with a professional demeanour

• Provide excellent customer service to clients

• Learn and adapt to new systems and processes

• Perform administrative tasks autonomously and follow given instructions

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Google Docs, Excel, and Outlook

• Demonstrate intermediate-level proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes

• Previous administrative experience required

• Minimum of 1-2 years of previous administrative experience is required

• Must possess Australian work rights

• Driver's licence and car required - we are not near public transport
