  • Hybrid working environment - 2 days WFH, 3 days based in Mascot office

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Vendor Management Officer to support the daily operational needs of a large transport company in Mascot. The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment and strong vendor experience. You will need to effectively apply these skills and demonstrate a firm understanding of vendor management functions. This is an exciting opportunity for any administration professional to develop skills in a supportive and proactive environment.

Primary Roles and Responsibility

  • Creating and processing Contracts
  • Answering Contract queries
  • Compliance - chasing and updating expired policies and other relevant documentation
  • Vendor On boarding
  • Calling vendors
  • Document storage on SharePoint
  • Collection of COR (Chain of Responsibility) documentation
  • Updating data bases in SharePoint and Microsoft Access
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Access is a bonus
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Administrative support experience
  • Be a proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic
