As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administration & Accounts Officer to join our Head Office team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration and accounts support and is looking for a varied role within a growing business.
This is a full-time, office-based position located at our Osborne Park Head Office, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
Reporting to the Accounts Manager and working closely with the Administration Team, you will provide support across a range of administrative and accounts-related functions. A key focus of the role will be assisting with accounts administration, reconciliations, data entry and maintaining accurate records and systems.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing accurate work, has exceptional attention to detail and enjoys supporting a busy team.
Providing administrative support to the Accounts Manager and Administration Team
Assisting with accounts administration and data entry
Processing purchase orders and maintaining records within Buildxact and Buildern
Performing company credit card reconciliations
Reviewing and resolving invoicing discrepancies with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
Ensuring invoices and supplier charges are allocated to the correct business entity
Uploading and maintaining supplier pricing, trade catalogues and product information within Buildxact and Buildern
Assisting with maintaining accurate business records and databases
Monitoring and responding to company email inboxes
Providing general administrative assistance across the business
Supporting the team with various administrative and operational tasks as required

Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in administration, accounts administration or office support
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong computer and data entry skills
Professional communication skills
Experience within a trades, construction or service-based business is highly regarded
Experience using Xero, Buildxact, Buildern, Monday.com or similar systems is advantageous
