About the position

The Patient Program Associate will provide administrative support to the Inservio Home Program team to ensure they are able to offer professional delivery of services to our clients. This role will assist with processing medication orders, general administrative tasks and answering customer queries.
Hours of work are approximately 20 - 25 hours per week, located onsite in Frenchs Forest, preferably spread across Monday to Friday with some flexibility.
What you will be doing:
Oversee prescription handling
Coordinate daily operations by liaising with logistics, Pharmacy, and internal teams, monitor deliveries, and escalate delays or issues
Manage data entry of order details, including maintaining databases as well as preparing reports/data summaries.
Assist with the general day to day operations of the Patient Program Coordinators as well as general office administration
Respond to queries via phone, email, or general correspondence.
What we are looking for:
Administration experience, with Microsoft Office skills advantageous
Professional, confident, and friendly communication style - comfortable liaising with internal teams.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, monitor progress, and proactively escalate issues.
Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support broader team objectives.
Medical or healthcare experience is a plus
