Hudson is hiring a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer for a part-time role based in Brisbane on behalf of our partner, Sanofi for a casual assignment with the role, exclusively dedicated to Sanofi.

· Title: Administrative Officer (Part-Time)
· Location: Woolloongabba, Brisbane
· Tenure: 6 months with a possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities
🔹 System Management & Compliance
Maintain accurate records for all events, sponsorships, and engagements
Ensure compliance with global processes, systems, and SOPs
Uphold data integrity and reporting standards
🔹 Office Management
Coordinate daily office operations and facilities management
Manage office supplies and administrative requirements
Support onboarding of new team members
🔹 Events & External Engagement
Assist in delivering internal and external events, including conferences, seminars, and sponsorship activities
Coordinate logistics, contracts, and payments in line with compliance requirements
🔹 Team Operations Support
Provide administrative support to the leadership team
Raise purchase requisitions and manage contracts
Support operational needs across the team
About You
· Experience in administration, coordination, or event management
· Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills
· A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude
· Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
· Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
· Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
· Comfortable working in dynamic environments with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
