CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Sydney Mesh and Steel Pty Ltd are currently seeking a full-time Contract Administrator for our business located in Sefton.

Your duties will include: 

• Prepare, review and maintain contracts, purchase orders, subcontract agreements and related documentation. 
• Monitor contract requirements, project timelines and delivery schedules. 
• Process and manage contract variations, extensions and amendments. 
• Maintain accurate contract records, registers and project files. 
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and project staff regarding contract matters. 
• Assist in resolving contract-related issues and discrepancies. 
• Prepare reports, correspondence and other contract administration documents. 
• Monitor contractor and supplier performance against contract requirements. 
• Support tendering, procurement and project administration activities. 
• Identify and report contractual risks and matters requiring management attention. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations and relevant regulations. 
• Assist management with the coordination and administration of construction and steel supply projects.

In return you will receive:

• Package: $79,000 – 85,000 per annum plus superannuation
• Position: Full time (38 hours a week)
• Ongoing support from our team

Requirements of position

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
