Client Support Coordinator

SantéPlus Global Benefits Australia is looking for a dedicated Client Support Coordinator / Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Zetland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, solving problems, and delivering reliable support in a professional environment.

As a Client Support Coordinator, you will assist clients with service inquiries, support requests, and account updates while ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional client support via phone, email, and online communication channels

Pay: $62,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
