Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agent based in Melbourne, VIC, with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Agent will focus on engaging potential clients, explaining energy solutions aligned with the VEU and ESS schemes, and closing sales effectively. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining relationships with existing clients, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve goals. You will also be responsible for assisting in training sessions and continuously improving your sales techniques to meet performance targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and respond effectively to client needsProven experience in Sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsKnowledge of Insurance and energy services as well as the ability to explain product solutions clearlyExperience in Training and onboarding clients or team members is an assetSelf-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent time management skillsProficiency in using CRM tools and an understanding of sales pipeline managementAvailability to work in a hybrid environment, combining office and remote work, from Melbourne, VICExperience in the energy or sustainability sector will be considered a plus
