We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Administration Assistant to support our Administration Manager and the HT team in a busy and growing organisation.

This role is suited to someone who is willing to learn, able to take direction, and looking to prove themselves in a supportive and fast-paced environment. As the business grows, there will be genuine opportunities for increased responsibility and career development.

The Roles Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including contracts, compliance, and employee record-keeping.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Administration Manager, COO and the HT team.

  • Manage reception duties, incoming calls and general enquiries.

  • Monitor and action shared inbox communications.

  • Maintain and issue site specific inductions and assist with monitoring expiries and renewals.

  • Perform uniform ordering, issuing and inventory control.

  • Maintain accurate company registers and records.

  • Coordinate office supplies and general office administration.

  • Maintain kitchen, boardroom and meeting facilities.

  • Maintain Key and access registries.

A detailed role brief will be shared with short listed candidates.

About you:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar administration role

  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable manner

  • Has some exposure to HR processes (training will be provided for the right candidate)

  • Is confident using technology, with experience in Flare and/or Deputy highly regarded but not essential

  • Shows a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

  • Is reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction while also taking initiative when required

  • Is highly organised with an eye for detail and accuracy

  • Can prioritise tasks effectively and stay calm during busy periods

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and quick to learn new systems or software

  • Works well as part of a team and takes pride in delivering quality work

  • Maintains a positive and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
