Your function:

As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our vendor, dealer, broker and direct channels. You’ll work closely with the front-line sales team to ensure smooth processing of transactions from application to settlement, helping drive new business volume and maintain strong partner relationships. This role is a vital extension of the sales team and reports to the Sales Support Team Leader.


Day to day:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales support process: applications, credit approvals, documentation, and settlements.

  • Act as the first point of contact for sales queries and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to ensure timely and accurate deal processing.

  • Handle AML procedures and ensure compliance with Financial Economic Crime (FEC) requirements.

  • Monitor pipelines, follow up on pending deals, and proactively manage workflow.

  • Champion process improvements and digital adoption to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Your profile:

  • 1+ year experience in sales or business support, finance, banking or administration.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel).

  • Tertiary qualifications are a plus.
