About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to support our Sales Office. This role is essential in helping our sales team manage orders, communicate with practitioners, and maintain accurate records.

You will work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and our global customers receive timely assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in internal systems

  • Assist with responding to customer and practitioner enquiries via email and phone

  • Maintain customer information in the database

  • Prepare and process sales invoices

  • Assist with coordinating case support services

  • Support the HO team with general office tasks and sales administration

  • Support our MRC Events team with seminar and lecture coordination

About You

  • Previous experience in administration

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or order management systems

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
