Administration Assistant – Amazing Clean Sunshine Coast

We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team in a casual role, supporting office operations and assisting the Office Manager. You’ll help schedule technicians, liaise with clients and vendors, follow up on accounts, and contribute to the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with office administration and daily operations.
  • Help schedule and coordinate technicians, ensuring job efficiency.
  • Maintain communication with technicians, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist with account follow-ups and basic HR tasks.
  • Support inventory management and office supplies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience is a plus, but eagerness to learn is most important.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (training provided if needed).
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
