In this Administration Assistant role, you will take ownership of a range of day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. You will be a key part of keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including customer service, appointment scheduling, and stock counting / ordering
  • Manage general office administration such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Assist with stock management, reporting, and preparation of internal documents
  • Answer and respond to incoming phone calls, messages, and emails professionally and promptly
  • Liaise with customers and internal team members to ensure smooth communication
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • A professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and learn new tasks
