About the role

We’re looking for experienced and people-focused Sales Managers to play a key leadership role in the success of our communities. Currently, we have a vacancies in our North West and South East Regions.

As a Sales Manager at Lifestyle Communities, you will play a key role in driving the success of our thriving communities in Victoria. This full-time position will see you lead a talented team of sales professionals, developing and executing strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads. Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving ambitious growth targets and cementing Lifestyle Communities' reputation as the premier provider of community living - a way to live!

What you'll be doing

  • Drive sales across multiple communities and support portfolio growth.

  • Lead and coach Lifestyle Consultants to maximise conversions and deliver great customer experiences.

  • Provide strategic guidance on pricing, offers, and negotiations.

  • Oversee sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline insights to identify opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the ASM on stock, pricing, and resourcing decisions.

  • Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, events, and digital activity with sales goals.

  • Deliver local sales initiatives, promotions, and product offers to drive results.

  • Share clear updates on wins, challenges, and improvement opportunities.

  • Lead regional huddles and foster strong team collaboration.

  • Champion community reputation by managing customer expectations and feedback.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales management role, ideally within the property, retirement living or community development industries

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify strategic opportunities

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a talent for coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams

  • Thorough understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, CRM and sales reporting

  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and a genuine commitment to the Lifestyle Communities brand and vision

  • Australian work rights are required for this position

  • Basic understanding of building and construction processes is required

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in customer service or administration is required

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred but not essential
