About ACC Moreton Our Moreton campus is a growing Christian P-12 school with over 1000 students on campus and over 1,200 distance education students across Queensland and internationally. The school is located in Caboolture about 50km north of Brisbane and 50km south of the Sunshine Coast and our staff live all the way from northern Brisbane suburbs to the Sunshine Coast. About ACC Australian Christian College (ACC) is a protestant non-denominational, Christian Education organisation, whose mission is to develop each and every student to be equipped spiritually, academically, socially and physically to flourish into their full potential, and be a positive influence on the world around them. ACC is wholeheartedly committed to excellence in education so that students are "well known, well loved, and well taught" by dedicated trained Christian staff. ACC is part of Christian Education Ministries, with 17 schools in 5 states, and is also the largest non-government Distance Education provider in Australia. The Role We are seeking an organised and reliable Administration Officer to join our team in a full-time role at ACC Moreton. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and providing friendly, efficient support to staff, students, and families while contributing to a Christ-centred school community. Key Responsibilities: Providing general administrative supportManaging phone and email enquiriesMaintaining accurate records and assisting with office organisationSupporting day-to-day school administration tasksAssisting with the management and upkeep of information within the school's data management systems This full time role is due to start as soon as possible. Requirements About you A regular church attender with an active Christian faith who supports the mission and values of Christian educationStrong organisational and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage information accuratelyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSchool administration experience is preferred, and IT skills (including experience with data management systems) will be an advantage Benefits Work with an authentic Christian teamCompetitive salary & packaging optionsGenerous health & wellbeing benefits (including EAP)
