Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships.
Manage client communications across consultations, appointments, and post-sale follow-ups.
Oversee the client experience to ensure professionalism and consistency.
Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand reputation.
Drive sales performance and support the achievement of sales targets.
Monitor team performance, team culture and support continuous improvement.
Lead, mentor, and manage team members across sales and client experience functions.
Delegate responsibilities, allocate resources, and ensure team members meet performance goals.
Support operational requirements and undertake additional duties as required.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in client-facing roles and sales leadership.
Bridal sales experience preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional, solutions-focused approach to resolving client concerns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
