Genelite Pty Ltd is a fast-growing leader in Australia's generator industry, delivering reliable power solutions. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administration Officer to support our After Sales Team.

About the Role

The After Sales Team consists of our Service, Spare Parts and Warranty functions. The Administration Officer role will support these business areas by providing administrative services that are essential for the smooth running of the department whilst ensuring our customers receive a best-in-class experience through each interaction with us.

This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the After Sales Coordinator and After Sales Manager with administrative tasks as required to ensure the department functions efficiently and smoothly

  • Complete daily operations tasks for Warranty, including answering phone calls, entering and/or updating warranty claims, creating sales orders and communicating with customers, internal staff, suppliers and manufacturers.

  • Complete daily operations tasks for Service, including answering phone calls/emails regarding service requests, creating and issuing quotes, liaising with contractors, scheduling services and invoicing.

  • Supporting the Spare Parts function with enquiries, quotations and ordering as required

  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems

  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of After Sales processes

About You

  • Previous administration experience preferred

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Customer-focused with a solutions-driven mind set

  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights
