Reporting To : Commercial Director
Customer Opportunity Support
Connect with customers & internal stakeholders to provide technical & regulatory documentation, sample & quotation support.
Manage process and communication with customers on documentation, sample requests and internal CRM requirements (Salesforce).
Follow through requests from account managers & customers to ensure timeline superior level of customer support is provided.
Customer Engagement
Assist with compilation of information for Quarterly Business Reviews and monthly customer reporting (including liaising with cross functional teams to gather required data).
Out of office coverage support & action requests for key account managers.
Capture & connect with new leads to scope commercial potential before handing it over to relevant commercial team.
Support maintenance of customer data in CRM (Salesforce) .
As a growth objective, develop into being able to manage& develop a dedicated set of customers
Support account managers & commercial directors with preparation of innovation days, business reviews & major meetings.
Customer Commercialisation Process
Manage administrative inputs for customer portals.
Assist with management of new product commercialisation process within CRM (Salesforce).
Work closely with customer care, credit & finance teams on successful onboarding of new customers.
Customer Opportunity Management
Prepare a project opportunity review file and take minutes during stage gate meetings.
Action Salesforce updates on opportunities as per actions assigned in stage gate meetings.
Ways of Working Improvement Initiatives
Support process implementation and new ways of working to improve Kerry ANZ Voice of Customer ratings.
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years relevant working experience (Commercial or Operations professional) in a complex, multi-national organization preferably in the Flavour House or Food Ingredients.
Solid understanding of the commercial and operations business management practices and procedures with hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement and coordination work.
Great Project management skills and organized structured approach.
Good understanding of food and beverage industry will be an advantage.
Comfortable managing both internal and external relationships that incudes Commercial/Sales team, General Management, Customers, and other stake holders of different cultures
Hands-on experience operating in a highly matrixed organization, exhibiting ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a wider team.
