Payroll Specialist

On behalf of our client, Woodside Energy - a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Payroll Specialist to join their high performing team based in the Perth, CBD office. This will be a casual contract working with a strong and cohesive team delivering Global Payroll.

• Transacting day to day payroll activities to ensure accurate data is processed and maintained
• Delivery in accordance with the monthly timetable so that all payroll activities are conducted according to the Company and legislative guidelines to ensure timely, accurate and efficient delivery of Benefits services to the business
• Support payroll process including processing terminations, reconciliation of super and STP
• Resolution of queries and issues raised by the business, escalating to Payroll Lead as appropriate
• Experience in reconciliations, complex calculations, ie over/under payments and superannuation calculations will be well received

• Demonstrated background in processing end-to-end payroll
• Experience in SAP or EC/ECP (highly desirable)
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Flexibility and ability to address multiple issues simultaneously and see tasks through to a satisfactory conclusion
• Manage a high workload and determine outcomes without supervision
• Enthusiastic team player with great communication skills
• Good analytical skills
