Assistant Accountant

The Assistant Accountant supports the Treasury Department in fund administration and accounting by maintaining accurate fund and investor records, performing daily reconciliations, and managing the calculation and payment of fund management fees, trustee fees, and commissions.

Working closely with Senior Accountants and internal teams, the position ensures investor statements and payments are accurate, timely, and compliant, while also providing administrative and accounting support across loan documentation, reconciliations, filing, and interest payment processes.

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Part CA/CPA qualifications highly regarded
• Experience in bookkeeping, fund administration or accounts, ideally within financial services or property
• High attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to meet recurring deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team
• Familiarity with investor/fund administration systems (Titanium or similar) is highly regarded.
