Customer Success Specialist - Corporate Gifting

We’re looking for a personable, detail-savvy and sales-focused Customer Success Specialist to join the Archie Rose team in a casual part-time role. You’ll support clients looking to create branded Archie Rose spirits - from bespoke corporate gifting to tailored bottles for weddings, celebrations, and business milestones. Your goal? To make their buying experience seamless, enjoyable, and completely hassle-free, while confidently converting inbound enquiries into confirmed orders. In this role, you’ll respond to incoming enquiries, prepare quotes, answer questions and guide customers through the ordering process — always with warmth, professionalism and a strong focus on delivering results. You’ll also be comfortable picking up the phone to follow up with leads and support conversion, and recommend other Archie Rose offerings, such as venue hire or spirits masterclasses. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with enquiries for personalised and corporate spirit orders Preparing quotes and guiding clients through the online ordering process Following up leads to help convert interest into confirmed orders Manage their order through the business - from the design team, to the bottling team, to dispatch Identifying and flagging potential cross-sell opportunities (e.g. events or experiences) What we’re looking for: Previous experience in customer service, admin or hospitality with a sales focus Confident and friendly communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused approach to helping customers Archie Rose Distilling Co. was founded in Sydney in 2014 to re-ignite and lead Australia’s rich history in distilling, driven by four values: innovation, quality, authenticity and education.
