What You Will Enjoy Doing Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, via phone and emailAssist industrial and trade customers with product advice and salesManage stock, receive/dispatch goods, and maintain displaysSupport product demos, upselling, and promotionsSafely handle gas cylinders and assist with general yard/forklift workMaintain a clean and compliant store environment What Makes You Great Strong communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced retail/trade settingGood attention to detail and time managementBasic to intermediate computer skills (SAP experience a bonus)Physically fit – this role includes manual handling tasksForklift licence (preferred) or willingness to obtainExperience in industrial, welding or safety products is ideal Why you will love working with us Thinking outside of the box, working on new topics and concepts, deliver great solutions to our internal customers is essential to bring success to our business.
