With a strong focus on innovation, service excellence, and responsible lending, they are seeking an experienced Credit Manager to join their Melbourne-based team. What You'll Be DoingLeading credit assessments on allocated files and providing recommendations to Delegated Lending Authority holdersIdentifying and reporting fraudulent documents and files, and managing operational risk using sound personal judgementEnsuring compliance with credit-related policies, regulatory guidance, and legal requirementsMaintaining the highest standards of data quality across all filesBuilding effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure fluid access to information and improved outcomesSupporting business operations across the Group's global entitiesContributing to a positive, high-performing team culture built on open communication and initiative What We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years' experience in lending or credit managementRelevant tertiary qualifications preferredStrong understanding of credit policy and risk appetite frameworksExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and under pressureA proactive, 'can do' attitude with the drive to set and exceed stretch goals What's on OfferCompetitive salary package.Melbourne CBD location.Supportive and collaborative team culture.Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation.Exposure to complex lending scenarios and senior credit decision-making This is an excellent opportunity for a senior credit professional looking to take ownership of complex lending decisions while contributing to the continued growth and success of a high-performing credit function
