We’re partnering with a leading global professional services firm to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Senior Associate for a 7-month maximum-term contract.
This is a great opportunity to step into a high-performing finance team where you’ll play a key role in managing AP operations, improving processes, and supporting broader finance initiatives across the business.
About the RoleYou’ll take ownership of the accounts payable function, working closely with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing escalated AP queries and day-to-day operational support
Performing accounts payable analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Driving process improvement initiatives, including documentation and change control
Producing regular and ad hoc reports to support business decisions
Overseeing supplier management, including correspondence and relationship management
Supporting offshore teams and ensuring quality and efficiency of output
Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
You’re an experienced AP professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment and enjoys improving processes.
You will bring:
Proven experience in accounts payable, ideally in a complex or professional services environment
Experience dealing with offshore teams or shared services.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from financial data
Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives
Confidence managing stakeholder relationships and handling escalations
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Exposure to a globally recognised professional services environment
