• $95,000 + Super | Mascot 2020 | Permanent Full Time - 1 day WFH

THE CLIENT

Work for a well-known global retail organisation with a strong presence across Australia and growing operations in Southeast Asia. This business is fast-paced, high-performing and passionate, with a collaborative culture and a strong focus on continuous improvement. You'll join a close-knit payroll function working alongside HR and Finance.

THE ROLE

• End-to-end fortnightly payroll processing
• Manage new starters, terminations, and employee changes
• Process superannuation, PAYG, allowances, deductions, and leave
• Interpret retail and clerks awards to ensure compliance
• Payroll reconciliations and reporting
• Manage payroll queries and support employees and managers
• Maintain accurate payroll and HRIS data across systems

THE PERSON

• 3+ years' experience in end-to-end payroll
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
• Experience interpreting retail preferable
• Experience in retail, multi-site or high-volume environments preferred
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused
• Full Australian working rights
