Corporate Accountant (6 month - Contract)$55 – $65 per hour + super | Melbourne CBD | HybridAn established global organisation is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join its Melbourne finance team on a contract basis. This role sits within a well-structured corporate accounting function supporting a complex international group structure across multiple jurisdictions. You will play an important role in delivering financial reporting, supporting statutory accounts, and assisting with group level finance operations. This opportunity will suit someone with experience in corporate accounting, audit, or management accounting who enjoys working in a collaborative finance team and contributing to process improvement. The Focus Of The RoleYou will support the Corporate Accounting team across a broad range of reporting and compliance responsibilities including: Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts across international entitiesSupporting annual statutory financial reporting and audit processesBalance sheet management including reconciliations and reviewPreparation of board reporting and internal finance reportingSupporting regulatory compliance across Australian and international jurisdictionsAssisting with global transfer pricing allocationsContributing to process improvement and automation initiativesProviding guidance to junior members of the finance team About YouYou will bring a strong accounting foundation and experience working within a structured finance environment.
