Reporting to the Accountant, your new role will be providing essential business accounts payable support, managing end to end AP functions, ensuring all creditor invoices are entered into the Payables system accurately and processing payments to these creditors in a timely manner, including Bi-yearly payment runs (Jan & July). Assisting with credit card expense management including AMEX travel and Cabcharge accounts, banking and balance sheet reconciliations, managing the fixed asset register and supporting the broader finance operations including reconciliations, reporting and administration tasks. You will have the opportunity to assist in the integration AI into Continia, making this role an exciting career opportunity!

To be successful you have 2-4 years experience in a similar role, now looking to bring your experience to really make an impact! You are highly organised, methodical and enjoy taking ownership of a role, bring your meticulous attention to detail, an enquiring and calm mindset. You have strong computer skills including using Excel and ideally have experience with Business Central, Continia, AI, but this is not essential.
