About the Role
You’ll support the delivery of accurate and timely payroll services across our weekly and monthly cycles. This is an entry‑level role with strong mentoring and development opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with weekly and monthly payroll processing
Maintaining payroll databases and employee records
Responding to payroll enquiries professionally and helpfully
Learning and applying awards and payroll legislation with guidance
Supporting payroll reporting and general administrative tasks
What You’ll Bring
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to getting it right
Ability to work independently once trained, while contributing to a positive team culture
Strong organisational and time management skills
Intermediate MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Some payroll experience or strong interest in payroll with related admin experience
Knowledge of UKG or Payroll Metrics (advantageous but not essential)
