About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and excels in both accounts payable and administrative tasks.

You will be part of a small team with exposure to all aspects of commercial accounting including payables, receivables, reconciliations & monthly reporting analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry for vendor invoices
Maintaining accurate vendor records and filing systems
Reconciling vendor accounts against monthly statements
Preparing & paying weekly / monthly payment runs
Acting as the first point of contact for accounts payable queries
Assistance with accounts receivable
Performing bank and other ledger reconciliations
Reporting and other administrative tasks as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who has had some experience in an Accounts Payable role (min 1 year).

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent time management and organisational skills
High attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills
