BGIS, a global leader in facility management and real estate services, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team in Adelaide. If you're a proactive and diligent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for accuracy and efficiency, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• High volume data entry of invoices.
• Monitor supporting payment documentation for completeness and accuracy of creditor details;
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Dealing with a high volume of email queries and correspondence.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Prepare creditor payment runs;

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
