Description About the Role The Demo Specialist role at NinjaOne is responsible for growing our brand recognition and introducing NinjaOne's platform and values to potential prospects in very early evaluation stages. This position dedicates their time to engaging with interested prospects, managing sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate our product, and supporting efforts to close revenue. This is a strategic role, which will contribute significantly to the success of NinjaOne. Location - Sydney, Australia - Hybrid (in office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - plus additional days as required)  What You’ll be Doing Demo the NinjaOne product portfolio through online presentationUtilising exceptional consultative skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, inspire, project confidence, and overcome objectionsProactively communicating with prospective clients and reacting to their requirements quickly and efficientlyAnalysing and understanding the customer's needs and presenting a solution that fits the customer’s requirements Gathering market information and insights to gain a clear understanding of the industry Highlighting potential opportunities and building supporting business cases Maintaining accurate revenue reports and detailed client information in the CRM system Representing NinjaOne at trade events and attending client meetings for training and onboarding Bringing enthusiasm and energy Other duties as needed About You Associate or bachelor's degree preferred  2+ years' experience in selling IT Operations software or similar solutions to B2B prospects preferred Career history of consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas Polished communication skills that are matched only by your active listening skills Engaging and technical, you can deliver a demo that is meaningful to business users and technical audiences Excellent professional presence and business acumen Exceptional ability to build credibility with clients and close new business Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM About Us  NinjaOne unifies IT to simplify work for more than 35,000 customers in 140+ countries.
