Position: Marketing Specialist

Full Time Permanent (On-Site)

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 plus superannuation

We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to identify market opportunities and implement marketing strategies that support business growth.

The Role

As our new Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns that promote the organisation’s products and services. You will analyse consumer behaviour, conduct market research, advise on strategies for pricing and promotion, and ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.

This is a full-time, in-office role based on the Gold Coast. We’re a small team, so we value initiative, collaboration, and creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify market opportunities and advise on pricing, promotion, and positioning strategies
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies, policies, and programs to support business growth
  • Conduct and analyse market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and potential demand
  • Plan and manage advertising and promotional campaigns across relevant channels within budget and time constraints
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide guidance on marketing strategy and campaign execution
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials, including copywriting, creative assets, and media placement
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to optimise marketing effectiveness
  • Support product and service launches through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with organisational goals

About You

  • A relevant qualification equivalent to at least diploma or advanced diploma specialising in marketing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or business development role
  • Skilled in marketing strategy, campaign planning, advertising, and reporting
  • Must have experience conducting market research and analysing consumer and market trends
  • Confident providing marketing advice to clients or stakeholders
  • Must have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in technology or product marketing is preferred but not required
