We’re looking for a Credit Strategy & Pricing Analyst to join our Strategy team and help drive business performance through data analysis, research and strategic insights.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data and contributing to high impact business decisions.

About the Role:
As a Credit Strategy & Pricing Analyst, you’ll analyse data and provide insights that optimise profitability across multiple areas including credit strategy, pricing, fraud, collections and funnel performance.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate portfolio performance, identify strategic opportunities and help embed improvements across systems and processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analysing portfolio and performance data to identify strategy improvements
• Developing insights and business cases to support credit and pricing optimisation
• Assessing the effectiveness of existing credit policies and recommending improvements
• Supporting the implementation and testing of new strategies within internal platforms
• Preparing presentations and reports that communicate data-driven insights
• Researching market trends and competitor activity to support strategy development

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
• 1–2+ years experience in an analytical or strategy-focused role (lending, consulting, analytics or corporate strategy)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel capability and experience with SQL, Python or R preferred
• High attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders including senior leadership
• Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
