Bridgestone tyres are supported by a range of products & services including iTrack tyre pressure & temperature monitoring as well as wheel/rim supply & repair.
We seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work out of our Perth Branch in Forrestfield.
You will partner with our Hiring Managers and guide them in the effectice recuitment of future BMSA team members.

The Opportunity
Partner with our managers & guide them through recruitment 'best practice'
Drive the full recruitment cycle of advertising, assessments, interviews, pre-employment checks & onboarding
Ensure all recruitment is within approved headcount & remuneration structures
Contribute to workforce planning, analysis & reporting
Contribute to the development, implementation, management control & ongoing review of recruitment performance
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
About You - Essential
Strong & relevant experience in talent acquisition / recuitment
Demonstrated expertise in developing productive internal & external relationships
Proven understanding of recuitment 'best practice'
Superior communication ability
Exceptional planning & organisational skills
Demonstrated problem solver
Self-motivated & proactive with a 'sense of urgency'
Current work rights in Australia
About You - Preferred
Exposure to HRIS systems such as Dayforce
