  • Preparing clear and accurate documentation, including policies, guidelines, project briefs and scheduled management reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual).

Skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering accurate, customer‑focused financial information, analysis and reporting.
  • Sound knowledge of contemporary accounting principles and management accounting practices within a medium to large organisation.
  • Strong ability to interpret financial data and provide clear, meaningful commentary and recommendations.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Well‑developed communication skills, with the ability to produce high‑quality written reports and confidently engage with stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across business areas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft suite, with experience using financial management systems (CiAnywhere desirable).
  • Ability to work confidently with business teams — asking the right questions, seeking clarification, and following up appropriately.
