We’re looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our Marketing team on a 12-month maternity leave contract, creating engaging digital content that strengthens our brand, supports our customers and drives business growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and analytical digital content professional who enjoys working across multiple channels and collaborating with teams to deliver meaningful customer experiences.

What you’ll be doing
In this role you’ll help bring our brand to life through engaging and purposeful digital content. You’ll work across websites, email, social media and in-branch channels to ensure our content connects with customers at every stage of their journey.

Key responsibilities include:

Creating and delivering high-quality content across web, social, email and digital channels
Developing and managing a content calendar aligned to campaigns and business priorities
Producing personalised and relevant content that supports customer acquisition and retention
Analysing content performance and optimising campaigns to improve engagement
Supporting the delivery of the digital content strategy across marketing channels
Working closely with external digital and creative agencies to deliver content outcomes
Maintaining website content and supporting digital marketing initiatives
Supporting email marketing campaigns across B2B and mass market audiences
Managing online community engagement and social interactions

About you

You’re a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling, customer experience and digital marketing. You enjoy combining creativity with data to continuously improve content performance.

You’ll also bring:

2+ years’ experience in digital content or digital marketing
Strong writing and editing skills for digital channels
Experience managing content across websites, social media and email marketing
The ability to analyse campaign data and translate insights into improvements
Experience working with agencies and collaborating with internal stakeholders
A solid understanding of customer journeys and digital engagement
Experience with CRM, marketing automation or e-commerce platforms (desirable)
