You'll work closely with branches, payroll, insurers and external providers, providing clear guidance, managing documentation, and helping teams navigate RTW and early intervention requirements. It's a role with real variety, meaningful impact, and interaction with various stakeholders.

If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and value a workplace where professionalism and a sense of humour comfortably coexist, you'll settle in well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and employees on a range of safety and RTW related matters.
  • Accurate incident reporting and investigation.
  • Liaise with injured workers, treating providers, case managers and internal teams.
  • Attending GP appointments.
  • Provide guidance and light training to branches (occasional regional and interstate travel required).
  • Support early intervention and promote safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Site inspections in Zoom branches and client sites.
  • Compliance management, with a focus on the transport industry.

About You

  • Experience in RTW coordination and safety including compliance and site inspections.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to navigate sensitive situations.
  • Strong level of resilience.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative capability.
  • Organised, solutions-focused and comfortable working independently.
  • Relevant RTW or safety qualifications are desirable.

What You Can Expect

  • Exposure to teams and stakeholders across NSW, QLD & ACT.
  • A role with genuine impact on people's recovery and experience.
  • Opportunities to develop your technical and operational skills.
  • A work environment that values professionalism and good humour in equal measure.
