Senior Financial Accountant

You’ll be part of a close-knit, high-performing finance team with the autonomy to own your role while working closely with leaders across operations, sales, customer service and logistics. It’s a collaborative environment where finance has real influence on business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own month-end reporting, statutory reporting and general ledger integrity across Australian and New Zealand entities.
• Partner with operational teams to understand business drivers and support better commercial decision-making.
• Manage compliance requirements including BAS, NZ GST and audit support.
• Provide financial insights to leadership and support budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Contribute to systems and reporting improvements, including increased use of Power BI.

About You

• CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion).
• Experience in a product, inventory, manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in Dynamics 365 or similar ERP (advantageous).
• Power BI experience beneficial but not essential.
